The streaming service Netflix released its first animated teaser for the second season of “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners” today. You can find the video below.
Premiere in the fall of 2026
“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners II” is being produced at Studio TRIGGER under the direction of Kai Ikarashi (animation director for the first series). Bartosz Sztybor of CD PROJEKT RED is once again writing the screenplay and serving as a producer.
The premiere of the new ten-episode series is scheduled for fall 2026, exclusively on Netflix worldwide. However, a specific date has not yet been announced.

“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners II” centers on Weak Kingsley, D, Roman Carax, and Talia Yang. This standalone story is set once again in Night City and follows a new crew as they navigate a world of revenge, redemption, and the dangers of the dystopian metropolis.
